Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnafural sources 8 graded stone adgregate 40 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources) (DSR 2023/4 1.8)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum DSR No 5.33.1.1/23

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete DSR 5.9.1/2023

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. 5.9.2

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 5.9.3

Mild steel or iron in plain work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastage hooks and overlapping.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR-13.8/2023

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade new work (Two or more coats applied @1.43lte/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10sqm) (apex Ultima, Weather coat all guard) asian, berger DSR. 13.47.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause-401

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carrige of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layiers with paver in sub-base / base course one well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slowe setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (Vg-10) pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.Both wheeled Roller 8 - 10 tonne capecity, finished to required level and grades. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam (B.M.) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.30%, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (Sanction Rate)

25 mm thick Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (S.D.B.C.) (Using Water Plastic) providing and laying Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent mix to work at site as per MORTH & H specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects(Reducing Bituminous Quantity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic wastage as per IRC : SP: 98-2013) (Sanction Rate)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC :35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.(Morth -803 8.13 SOR 2020-21)

Supply and fixing of Pavement marker (Cat Eye) type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect including light including all tax. RPM (With shank) (MORTH:804 (8.35) SOR 2020-21)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340Kg/Cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payable, recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratorymethod using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mmathick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/layingof inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratorycompaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cuttingof paver blocks as per required size and pattem, finishing and sweepingextra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approvedcolour design and pattern.
