P/L in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of apecified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R M C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and finishing, including codt of curing, admixtures in recommonded proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of the engineer in charge. Note-Excess or less cement used than specified in this item is payable/recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered@220 kg/cum).SOR 2020-21. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundations, footings bases of column, etc for mass concrete.SOR 2020-21. Ref to DAR-5.9.1

Same as above but in walls(any thickness) including attached, pillasters, butteresse, plinth and string courses etc.SOR 2020-21. Ref to DAR-5.9.2

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessarry including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and overlapping and hooks.(LDA approved rate)
