R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm.(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding cost of Binding wire. for slabs/Culvert [SI.No.–284] SOR-2022

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. [S.I. No. – 279(a)]2022

Dewatering at the site

Earthwork in cutting/filling or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lift and 30M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank with-in 30M. Distance as directed by the E/I. excluding. Cartage of earth up to 5KM Distance. [A.R.]

Mechanically compacted to achieve 95% proctors density including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P charges including roller and its fuel charges. [A.R.]

Supply and stacking of 25-50 mm size hard stone ballast including loading, unloading cartage and all taxes, complete in all respect as directed by E/I. (Quarry Haridwar). [As per R.M.R.]

Consolidation of granular sub-base by providing well graded aterial, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density.complete as per clause 401. [SI.No.–751] SOR-2022

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished incontinuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine.Technical Specification Clause 1501. Supply carting of laying of P.V.C. 110 mm dia @ 6Ka/Sqcm. Pressure. [A.R.]

M.S. (tor steel of plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bend, hooks, and authorized overlapping shall be measured. [AR/DSR Rate]

Disposal of malva up to 3Km. distance including loading & Unloading as per direction of E/I. [SI.No.–231(a)]
