Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Morth 401.

S/L Polyvinyl chloride sheet 400 micron thick including supply of all material labour T&P etc. All complete (DSR-2021 code N0 - 3002)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). 5.33.1 All works upto plinth level(Chapter-5 SOR-2022 S.I.NO-5.33.1)

Mild steel (Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply in all complete. (PWD S.I No- 04)

Supply and mixing 3.5 Kg and or as specified by the manufacturer, hardener in tremix concrete per Sqm on Cement Concrete surface dewatering and finished including the cost of material, labour, equipment’s, tools and plants, loading and unloading, transportation as per the specification and directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lift.

Construction and expansion joint in C.C. road including all charges etc. required for proper completion of the work.

DRAIN WORK (PART-B)

Earthwork: Excavation in foundation etc. in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 50m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation as directed by Engineer- in- charge with lead of 50 m . (PWD SI No-251)

Providing and laying in position in position ready mixed plain cement cocrete with cement concrete as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully autoic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads,having continous agitated mixer,manufactured as per design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.
