Carting laying & Jointing of following dia (NP-2) R.C.C Hume pipe and special from store to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches in depth upto 1.5m below ground level true to alignment, caulking the joints with necessary spun yarn soaked in cement and jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe, cost of all jointing materials , testing etc complete but excluding excavation and refilling of trenches from ground level to the required level . a:- 600mm dia 3.00-4.50m Below G.F

Providing S H.P. diesal pump for dewatering at site on hire including pump attemdent hire and final charges forpump all complete.(Rate for 8 Hours)

Construction Brick masonery circuler manhole 1.50m internal dia with brick in cement morter 1:4 (I cement :4 coarese Sand ) insite cement plaster 20mm think with cement mortae 1:3 ( I Cement :3 Coarse Sand ) with meat cement finised , foundation concreat 1:4:8 mix ( I Cement : coares :8 agraded stone aggreagate 40mm nominal size ) and making nacessary channale in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( i cement :2 coarese :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) finised with a floating coat a neat cement, including timbring excavation CI foot rest ( not less than 4kg in weight ) etc. all compleate as per standerd desingn & drawing 3.00m deep with S.F.R.C. cover and frame ( heavy duty HD-20 grade designaion ) 4560mm internal dia meter conforming ot IS 12592 total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 182kg. fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 incliding centering shuttring all complete as per Jal Nigam Desigen up to 4.80m depth.

Addition / subtraction depth for circular type manhole 1.50m internal dia. With brickwork. Analysis for rate and specification.

Class -150 brick work 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) in Foundation & Plinth including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work . (PWD S.I No. 305)

Providing and laying in cement concrete in 1:2:4 ( stone ballast 4 (20 mm nominal size) : 2 approved coarse sand : 1 cement and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (PWD S.I No- 279 a)

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) Ruled pointing SI No 17.116 Chapter no 13 SOR -2018

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Morth 401.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to archive the desired density. Morth 406.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying VG-10 @ 0.75 KG per sqm. using mechanical means . MORTH 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom MORTH 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100- 120 TPH hot mix plant producing on average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.4% of VG-30 transported to site laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled as per class 501.6 & 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respect. MORTH 504

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100 – 120 TPH type HMP producing on average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminous binder @ 5% of CRMB - 55 and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with Hydrostatic pavers finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, roller with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respect.
