Name of Work: Work of setting up of retro Reflective Sign Boards at various places under Betwa Bihar scheme of Jhansi Development Authority. Note :- 1% Labour Cess & 12% SGST Excluded on the aforesaid Work.

Supply Fixing and hoisting of 12.00 to 15.00 m span overhead structure in position with Two vertical post of 6mtr clear height from the tgop of R.C.C. Foundation made of 300mm dia pipe welded with 12mm thick MS plate at bottom supported with 10mm thick MS plate stiffencers & two nos. 8mm thic MS plates at top welded with structure of 50mm NB (M) pipe comprising of horizontal, vertical pipe of 40mm NB (M) & bracing pipe of 40mm NB(M) as per strutural design requirements & approved drawing with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 & 802.3 including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint on the whole structure & inslatted as per chause 802.7 over a designed support system made up tof concrete (900x900x1800mm sixe with 25mm dia & 900mm long bolt as per requirement) including excavation. lean concrete 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and approved 20mm grit with R.C.C. 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm grit complete for fixing the complete sturcture (Both side) in position as per direction of E/l charge with 7 year warranty Rates include design, fabrication, supply and erection of signage structure royalty design, fabrication, supply and erection of signage structure royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour reqired for proper completion of the work. Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M heihgt made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy mS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coasts of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 90x90 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast. RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering.
