Other Sculpture Category-III Sculpture with art work to be made from Waste / scrap available Category-III The structure to be made with a minimum area as per below details, using the scrap/waste material available at the sites of Jhansi Development Authority, Jhansi. Minimum Height – 8 feet. Minimum Width – 6 feet. Minimum Length – 18 feet with RCC foundation. Foundation Specs – Brickwork all around the platform as a base for the platform on which installation shall be placed4 inches of PCC below the concrete slab RCC M - 25 with Vacuum Dewatering External Pavers / Stone Tiles on top of RCC Slab, with proper aesthetic lighting and civil work on sculpture if required. Designing, Fabrication, Installation of to be made from Scrap/waste material. The 2D and 3D sculpture must be structurally strong and shall be embedded in cement concrete in the ratio of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including excavation and removal of surplus earth. For finishing while installation of miniatures / sculptures Applying primer coats (two or more coats) of approved quality primer, painting with P.U. Coating automotive paint of approved quality (two or more coats) with giving proper finishing as per direction of work-in-charge.

Outdoor Furniture/Play Equipment using Tyre & Steel Material Outdoor Furniture/Play Equipment Upto 3 feet Upto 6 Feet Upto 9 Feet Tyres and Metal Scrap has to be thoroughly scientifically cleaned. All works has to be carried in the same process as mentioned above for structures. Total cost should also include the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side including appropriate priming coat.
