The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works during the last 5 years with Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Or, Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the experience required for similar works includes specific types of construction work such as Bituminous Road work, building construction, and sewer and water supply construction. The average annual financial turnover on Construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years.
