Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting Graded Stone Aggregateto Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well preapared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve desired density and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin VG :-10, using pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg per SqM on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical brooms, including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc. as required for material, labour, T & P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.Ref. to North Specification -503

Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder @ 3.30% of the mx, tronsported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve desired compaction, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 25 MM thick Semi Dense Bituminous Carpet with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specificatio Clause no -508, complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Supply, fixing and hoisting of 6.00 to 7.00 M span Cantilever structure in position with two vertical postes of 6.00M clear height from the top of RCC qundation made of 300mm dia pipe welded with 10mm thick MS plate at bottom supported with 10mm thick MS stiffeners & two nos 10mm thick MS plates at top welded with structure of 50mm NB(M) pipe comprising of horizontal, vertical pipe of 40mm NB(M) and bracing pipe of 32mm NB(M) as per structural design requirements and approved drawing with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 including one coal of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint on the whole structure and installed as per clause 802.7over a designed support system made up of concrete including excavation, lean concrete with 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and approved 20mm grit and RCC 12.4with cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm grit complete for fixing the complete structure in position as per direction of E/I charge with 7 years warranty, Rates include design, fabrication, supply, transporation and erection of the sign board and also inclusive of all taxes royalty, VAT etc. all T&P maching materail and labour required for proper completion of the work.

Retro Rflective sign board made up of 2 mm thick alluminium sheet face to be fully coverd with 3 m high intesity prismatic reflective sheeting serises 3930 leters / symboles shall be made of same retro reflective sheeting and computer cut as per colour required to be supplied alongwith back support frame of MS angle size 35X35X5 MM and back side of alluminium sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint with 7 years warantyRates includes design, fabrication, supply, Transportation and erection of the sign board inclusive of all taxes royality, Vat etc. all T &P Machine, material and labour required for proper completion of the work
