The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The requirements for similar work experience are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the cost of work, which is Rs. 76.092 Lakh (30% of Rs. 253.64 Lakh). The bidder is also required to demonstrate their experience and competence to perform the contract, with specific details to be provided in Form 'A' and Form 'B'. In terms of personnel, the bidder must have: - A Work Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2 years of experience - An Engineer Graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering - Personnel for administration and management - A minimum of 15 skilled workers and 30 unskilled workers The value and percentage of similar works completed are also mentioned, with the bidder required to provide information about the cost of works, including tendered cost, cost of work remaining to be executed, and stipulated date and period of completion. The required prior work experience is related to the "Bid Capacity" which is calculated using the formula (2AN-B), where A is the Maximum Value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last Five years, and B is the value of existing commitments. The bidder should have an Assessed available Bid capacity greater than the Estimated Value of the work.
