The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The requirements for similar work experience are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder should have a Work Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2 years of experience, an Engineer Graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, personnel for administration and management, a minimum of 15 skilled workers, and 30 unskilled workers. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the cost of the work, which is 30% of Rs. 269.27 Lakh. The value and percentage of similar works completed are also subject to the "Bid Capacity" calculation, which considers the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year.
