Scraping old white or color wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the engineer-in -charge with in a distance of 60 mtr. (200 feet)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting two coat of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint approved make as per item No.12 on new wooden surface (excluding cost of primary) including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Writing letter on sign board above 50 mm size but below 80 mm size

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durocem, robiecem, Guttu cem, Super cem quality and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

Fabrication of Angle Iron truss including cutting, drilling holes, riveting/welding as necessary with one coat of red oxide primer and its carriage upto site including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GISUB HEAD : 12- ROOFING 878 adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (a )GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing & fixing 12mm. (1/2") thick and 100mm. (4") wide blackboard pelmets with 19 mm.dia. Aluminum curtain rod and brackets, including fixing with 25x3mm. (1"xl/8") M.S. flat 10cm. (4") long and plug etc. complete with painting, polishing or oiling as required including cost of materials.

Dismantling door or window including chaukhat with holdfast and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in- charge within a distance of 60M

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood(35 mm thick shutters )

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Extra for providing ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges instead of M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. (Shutter area to be measured).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12873 SUB HEAD : 12- ROOFING metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : (Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)

Pre-laminated with decorative lamination on both side exterior Grade - I MDF Board 12 mm thick confirming to IS:14587

Removing old paint from steel/wooden surface with paint remover of approved brand or with caustic soda and making the surface even including cost of all material.

Painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old surface with superior quality approved make as mentioned in item No.12 including cost of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat of red oxide primer on steel surface after sand papering and cleaning of surface including cost of all material, labour T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting two coat of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint approved make as peitem No.12 on new wooden surface (excluding cost of primary) including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and allround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.:6313 (Part II 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows: Treatment of top surface of plinth filling (5 Liters per Sqm.)
