Structural improvement works of weir

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to crest level height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & luck system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamp and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the work men etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made only once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Raking out the horizontal and vertical joints of mortor to a depth 5 cm of upstream face R R masonry in the outer face of the dam to remove all the loose and hard pointing including chiselling, wedging and removal of loose mortar,cleaning by air water jetting etc. complete (above water), (manual/and or mechanical means).

Racking out joints of brick/stone work in cement or lime mortar to a depth of 1 cm. including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60M.

providing and filling the pointing mortar in the horizontal and vertical joints of R R masonry in outer surface of the walls to a depth of 5 Cm and the repair morator shall be extended on ither side of the masonary joint i.e on the masonary block by 20 mm and for a thickness of 10-12 mm by applying a priming coat with epoxy bonding agent inside the joints with a brush and filling properly these joints with single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, non shrink, fibre reinforced, UV resistant, thixotropic, high performance CE Certified cementitious structural repair mortar conforming to EN 1504-3 Class R4 standards for masonry joint filling to a depth of 5 cm as per technical specification. Material must be CE certified and should have Compressive strength ≥ 55 MPa as per EN:12190,Chloride ion content≤ 0.05% as per EN:1015-17, Adhesive bond ≥ 2.0 MPa as per EN:1542,Carbonation resistance dk ≤ control concrete [MC(0,45)]as per EN:13295 & Elastic modulus ≥ 20.0 GPa as per EN:13412 complete asper specification including cost of all materials, machinery,labour transportationwith all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Complete finished item with all leads and lifts).

Cement pointing (1:2) C.M of D/s weir and weir top Including Cost of all material, lead lift Labour, T&P etc. Required for Proper Completion Work.

Wet percussion drilling upto 75 mm dia. holes in open space for grouting or anchor etc. vertical or at specified inclination in masonry concrete or rock including flushing and routine washing of holes upto 30 minutes.

Special washing of holes, including cleaning flushing and all retated incidental works etc. complete.

Grouting up to 75 mm dia holes with cement grout mix at required pressure, including cost of cement and maintenance of all technical records, Incidental works, materials etc. complete job.

Conducting percolation test drill holes at desired pressure including water supply arrangement and necessary accessories etc. complete as per Engineer-in-charge.

Pack grout filling the internal porous cavities upto 1 metre deep in the RR masonry: Treating the internal cavities upto 1 metre deep in the masonry using injection pressure grouting to reduce the porosity of the masonry by drilling hole of 12.5 mm/25mm dia and 200mm deep and fixing PVC nozzles in triangular pattern. Minimum 3 nos of PVC nozzles shall be fixed per 1m2 of the upstream area for grouting. Grouting the deep cavities inside the masonry joint using cementitious grout slurry to be mixed with non shrink grout additives The performance of the material shall shall conform to ASTM C-1107.The specimen of the grout material shall have minimum 28 days compressive strength and Tensile adhesive strength not less than 34 MPa and of 10 MPa respectively @200gm per 50kg bag of cement under required consistency by using 40 psi grouting pump. The grouting material shall give a minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 in 28 days when cube tested. All works Complete using all relevant safety equipments

Coffer Dam And Dewatering Work

Supplying and filling impervious soil (Mixed moorum) in constructing coffer dam, complete in all respect, including its cost, carriage to work site, lead beyond 2.00 Km and Up to 3.00 km From axis to C. G. Barrow area & lifts, whatsoever mechnical compaction, labour, all taxes, royalty and T&P charges required for proper completion of the work.

Running 5HP diesel pumps for dewatering, including suction and delivery pipe, with cost of labour including operator and POL etc complete in all respect, including all lead, lift and delift whatsoever with carriage and other T&P charges required for proper completion of the work, per hour .
