The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder should have executed civil engineering works with a maximum value, updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. The bidder is also required to provide details of current work in hand and other contractual commitments. The bidder's eligibility will be decided by the tender evaluation committee based on the information and documents submitted.
