The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed similar civil works with specific requirements. The experience criteria include: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. These works should have been completed within the last 7 years, starting after 01.02.2018 and completed within 31.01.2025. Additionally, the bidder should have a Work Manager (Diploma in Civil Engineering) with 2 years of experience, an Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer) with 1 year of experience, and an Administration & Management personnel (Graduate in any Discipline) with 1 year of experience. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. The bid capacity is calculated using the formula (2AN - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year, and the value of similar works completed is considered in this calculation.
