The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued by an Executive Engineer or above. Additionally, the bidder should have personnel with specific qualifications and experiences, including a Work Manager, Engineer Graduate, and personnel for Administration & Management. The bidder should also provide details of ongoing works, including agreement numbers, costs, and anticipated completion dates, as well as the value of existing commitments and the cost of work remaining to be executed. The average annual financial turnover required is at least 30% of the COST OF WORK, which is Rs. 108.74 Lakh for a work costing Rs. 362.48 Lakh.
