The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed civil works, specifically flood protection work that includes launching apron or boulder pitching in wire crates. The experience requirements are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual turnover in civil engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last three financial years, and annual turnover in civil engineering works of not less than the estimated value of work in any one year during the last seven financial years. The bidder's experience should also include having successfully completed similar works during the last seven financial years, with the values updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level.
