Cutting, bending, binding and placing of FE-500 reinforcement bars in proper position including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work. (of approved make or as per direction of engineer-in-charge)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

S/F Drainage pipe in slab of 75 mm dia PVC including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

E/W in making ramp,road and embankments by good earth including all lead and lift ,chharry ,bajari with dressing and proper mechanical completion upto required OMC ..

S/F joint filler board board including all labour ,material t&p etc.

Painting two coat of synthetic enemel paint on new surface with superior quality approved make on concrete surface including cost of all material, labour T&P required for proper completion of work.

Writing of letter printing over painting upto 50 mm size, Including cost of all material labour T&P etc.

P/F wheel gaurd including all cost of labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

P/F of elastomeric bearing suspension of required make and material as per engineer incharge.

Dewatering for C.C. work required as per site by 82HP Diesel pump including suction and delivery pipe, operator & Khalasi and POL complete with all respect.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam II specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specfication clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat Type C by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
