The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years, with specific conditions such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring it to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued by an Executive Engineer or higher authority. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, which should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The bidder is also required to have certain personnel, including a Work Manager, Engineer Graduate, person for Administration & Management, skilled workers, and unskilled workers, with specific requirements for their qualifications and experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of the estimated cost, with specific percentages required for the completed works, such as 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder is also required to provide details of ongoing works and completed works, including the agreement number, year, place, country, tendered cost, cost of work remaining to be executed, and anticipated date of completion. A certificate of the value of actual work done in rupees of ongoing works issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be attached at the time of bid application. If not attached, the total cost of the work will be deducted in the evaluation of Bid Capacity. Furthermore, if the Contractor has not completed at least thirty percent of the value of construction Work required to be completed after half of the completion period has elapsed, certain actions may be taken. This indicates a percentage (thirty percent) related to the completion of similar or contracted work. The required amount for average annual financial turnover is at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T), and the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years, with the mentioned specific conditions.
