The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is category "A" or above, as registered in the relevant department.

The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: 1. Turnover: The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T) during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024. Formula: Average Annual Turnover ≥ 0.3 * COST OF WORK (without G.S.T) 2. Financial Soundness (Profitability): The bidder should submit audited financial statements, including Balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c, supported by Income Tax Returns for the last 3 financial years. 3. Similar Work Experience: The bidder should have executed similar work, with a value of at least: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work Formulas: - 3 * Similar Work Value ≥ 0.4 * Estimated Cost - 2 * Similar Work Value ≥ 0.5 * Estimated Cost - 1 * Similar Work Value ≥ 0.8 * Estimated Cost Additionally, the Assessed available Bid capacity as per formula (2AN-B) should be greater than the Estimated Value of the work, where A = Maximum Value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last Five years, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B = Value of existing commitments.
