The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed similar nature civil works during the last 7 years, with specific conditions. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar nature successfully completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender. - Two similar nature successfully completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender. - One similar nature successfully completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to the tender. The experience is updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the annual turnover in Civil engineering works should be not less than the estimated cost of work, which is 285-30 Lac, in any one year during the last 5 Financial years. The bidder's experience and competence are evaluated based on their ability to fulfill the requirements of the tender and their satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
