The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The requirements for similar work experience are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the cost of work, which is Rs. 74.74 Lakh (30% of Rs. 249.14 Lakh), during the last 3 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of personnel with certain qualifications and experience, including: - Work Manager (Diploma in Civil Engineering): 02 No. - Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer): 01 No. - For Administration & Management (Graduate in any Discipline): 01 No. - Number of skilled workers: 15 No. - Number of unskilled workers: 30 No. The bidder also needs to provide information about ongoing works and the value of existing commitments. The Assessed available Bid capacity as per formula (2AN-B) should be greater than the Estimated Value of the work, where A is the Maximum Value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last Five years, N is the Number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the Value of existing commitments. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work - Average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the cost of work (Rs. 74.74 Lakh) during the last 3 years.
