The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, which should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). In terms of specific values and percentages of similar works completed, the requirements are: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works, - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, and - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work. The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK.
