AEO Operations Team Based

Scope Deployment of trained, competent Team in shift Operation for performing activities as below: A) Emergency Response and Management - PE network damage response and repair - Steel Network damage first response - Repair and maintenance of AG/UG gas installation B) Customer Complaint & Request / Service Management - physical execution at customer premise C) Round the clock (24x7x365) monitoring and control of O&M D) Report generation, Documentation and Records E) General Administration F) Assurance of Statutory and Legal compliance related to contract G) Maintaining Attendance recorders (Machine) H) Preventive maintenance of PE network as per the IOAGPL AOMP I) All other activities as per the instruction of EIC which is not mentioned above but included in technical scope Note:- IOAGPL at own discreation may utilize these resources based on need and availibility.

Indicative resources in O&M Team - 24X7 Shift Incharge/Engineer + PE Technician (Skilled) + GI Technician/Plumber (Skilled) + Civil labourers cum helper + Driver + Patrol Man. Cost includes 24*7 round the clock operation,Uniform for Team members / PPE's / Welfare charges and other expenses
