Diesel engine 6 cylinder in-line 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, developing suitable BHP at 1500 RPM for above output of alternator tested at 50 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming performance class as per ISO8528-G2 with prime rating, turbo charged air cooled, DEF as per AUS32 (premix) as per ISO22241, starting system 24V DC with new electronic fuel system, exhaust after treatment and in cylinder solution to meet stringend emission norms, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS/IEC: 60034-1 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- F/H insulation, compact desighn with sealed bearings and impregnavion on all wound components for better strength and lesser maintenance.

Construction of a suitable foundation 6.00 mtr x 2.50 mtr x 0.50 mtr for 320 KVA DG Set, using rainforced cement contreate (RCC) in a 1:2:4 ratio (cement, coarse sand : 20 mm stone aggregate) including cost of excavation, shutring and rainforcement (minimum 243 Kg) over 10 cm thick plane cement concreate (PCC) layer in a 1:5:10 ratio (cement: coarse sand: 40mm thick stone aggregate). Finishing work with cement plaster mix in a 1:6 ratio. Additionally installing M.S bidding upper perimeter of the foundation, using angle section 50 x 50 x 5 mm. Job also include disposal of surplus building material complete as per instructions of the site engineer.
