Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Construction of make & Shift Porta Cabin having mild steel structure at CRK campus of CSIR-IITR near Sarojni Nagar Kanpur Road, Lucknow of size 15.24 meter x 6.10 meter x 2.44 meter (Size-50’x20’x8’ clear height inside). The construction of porta cabin shall be water-resistant, fire-resistant, termite rated, sound resistant, and shall withstand in weather conditions. Construction of porta cabin shall be constructed as per enclosed technical specifications and drawing at site and as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer In-Charge. The construction area of porta cabin shall be 1000 Sqft i.e. 92.96 Sqm which shall be measured edge to edge at plinth level. This item of work also includes the followings • Construction of make and shift structural building porta cabin with water supply lines and drainage lines, two washbasin installations, connection with all required fittings and water taps. • Making electrical wiring for lights, wall/ceiling fans, power points for refrigerators, air-conditioning with power wiring and MCB switches & sockets. • Providing and fixing of sunshade to all outer doors and windows with grills.• Making rodent free entries of cabins. Note: Therefoe bidders are requested to quote their rates accordingly, nothing shall be paid extra for complete construction of porta cabins.
