Grading under floor for levelling with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite of any colour and shade area of slab over 0.50 sqm for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Extra for fixing granite stone, over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive, including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick Granite stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge, with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass (Modi or equivalent make) frameless partition with two double leaf doors as per drawing attached for size including cost of all necessary best quality (OZONE or equivalent make ) SS patch fittings such as hydraulic patch for bottom - 04 Nos, top patches - 04 Nos, over panel patches for glass - 03 Nos, over panel patche for wall - 01 No, S S handles 600 mm - 04 Nos, patch locks - 04 Nos, S S profile for fixed glass of required length - 11 Nos, 12 mm thick toughened glass for 4.30 x 2.82 mter -01No and 5.82 x 2.82 meter - 01 No. Etching work of toughned glass for border and monograms in 7.00 sqm area, installation charges, making holes - 28 Nos, making cutouts - 16 Nos, cartage up to site, glass handling charges, silicon sealant, wastage, scaffolding etc. all complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) :with F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
