The bidder must have completed satisfactorily one of the following: * One similar work of 80% (490 Lacs) value of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar work of 60% (368 Lacs) value of the estimated cost put to tender * Three similar work of 40% (245 Lacs) value of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder must have completed one work costing not less than Rs. 245 Lacs value with a central government department/state government/ CPWD/ PWD/ State PSU/ Central PSU/Central autonomous/CFTI. The definition of similar work is "Construction of 11/0.433 kV & above substation works consisting of Transformers, HT panel and LT panel/DG sync panel/PLC panel/APFC etc. with installed transformer capacity of minimum 2 X 2000 KVA." The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 100% of the estimated cost of work put to tender during the last 3 consecutive financial years. Works completed during the last 7 years ending on date 16.06.2025.
