Bus bar: Bus bars shall be uniform cross sectionthroughout the length of the switchgears and will be housed in a separate compartment of high conductivity electrical grade E-91 € Alluminium flats as per IS : 5032 and shall be supported on SMC/DMC/Epoxy supports of suitable thickness, duly insuulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and codified in Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colours as per standard practice, Bus bars shall be adequately supported to with stand the stresses arising during transit conditions.WIring inside the switchgear shall be carried out with 1100volts grade, PVC insulated, multistand flexible copper wiresminmum size of conductor for power circuit is 4 sqmmcopper. Control circuits shall be wired with copper conductor of at least 1.5 sqmm & 2.5 sqmm for CT circuits and other circuits. panel shall be provided with GI earth bus bars (Bot ends ) running along the entire length of the board as per IS: 8623, Earth Bus bars shall be supported at suitable intervals, all levels shall comprise white letters on black background shall be made of engraved on sheet.

Sheet Metal Work: The switchgear frameshall be fabricated using mild steel structure sections of pressed and shaped cold rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 14 SWG, frame shall be enclosed by sheet steel of thickness not less than 16 SWGcold rolled smoothly finisedleveled and free from flows, doors and covers shall be cold rolled sheet, stiffeners shall be provided whenever necessary, cutouts shall be true in shape and devide of shape edges. the complete structure shall be rigid, self supporting and free from vibrations, twists and beds. Entire sheet metal work, after initial cleaing undergoes rigorous, degreasing & derusting by pollution free process, thus ensuring good adhesive and longer life for paint. After pre treatment as described above the sheet metal work will be powder coated in the desired shape of paint.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland, aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium cable of 1.1 kV grade as reqd.

Dismantling, disconnecting, shifting of existing electrical panel from site and deposeting the same in store including loading/unloading etc. complete as reqd.
