The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date, or copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 3 years (for Experience Criteria) - 80% (for Past Performance) - 7 years (residual market life of the offered product) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: - BIS registration of the supplied stores to the IS 13252 Part 1 (2010) - OEM certification for installation, commissioning, testing, configuration, and training (if applicable) - ISO 9001 certification - Other relevant certificates such as type test certificate, approval certificates, etc. as prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document.
