Bed Hard , All dimensions, shape and size shall be as shown drg. The thickness of MS square and rectangular pipes shall be of 18 gauge. The top of bed shall be of 12 mm thick BWR plywood conforming to IS-303 1989 of make Green ply/Archid ply/ Century ply/Duro. Head board and foot board shall be of 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood (in lieu of prelaminated particle board) duly pasted with 1mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade and texture on both side alongwith 2mm PVC edge binding of approved make all round the edges, screwed to MS strip shall be all as per details shown on drg. Hard rubber / PVC shoe shall be provided to the bottom of each leg. All steel surface shall be powder coated after pretreatment of steel surfaces by degreasing, derusting, water rinse, phosphating and passivating as per the colour/ shade approved by GE. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Dinning Officers , Overall size shall be as per drg. All timber except plywood including stiffener shall be well seasoned first class hard wood teak. Bottom of seat shall be of 12 mm thick plywood BWR fixed with screws to timber frame work. 75mm thick 40 density foam with fabric not less than 300 Rs per meter or as directed by Engr-in-Charge / GE shall be fixed on seat. Nylon buffer shoes shall be fitted at the bottom of the leg as approved. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with PU polish with high glossy finish after preparation of surface upto the satisfaction of Engg-in Charge/GE. Rest all as per drg.

Sofa Set 5 Seater , Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long 745mm wide and 530 mm high up to arm rest level. All wood shall be of first class teak wood. Legs of Sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mm x 35mm section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100 mm X 35 mm in section wooden rail in sides. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40 mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support the wooden battens of 50mm x 20mm in section. 21 Numbers wooden batten shall be provided for the seat of large three seat and seven numbers wooden batten shall be provided to the seat of one seat set. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm. 14 numbers batten of teak woods shall be provided for the long seat and four number of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of the back rest. 30 mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs. 100 mm thick seat cushion and back cushion shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (3 Numbers in seat and 3 numbers in back for the large seat). The cushion shall be of coal foam and any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engg-in-Chargr/GE. Cushion shall be covered with tapestry cloth of not less than 400 per meter or as directed by Engineer in charge. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with PU polish with high glossy finish after preparation of surfaces upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE.
