Dismantling of central AC plant duct and grills from the ceiling/ wall of average hall size 8.5x8.4 m including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material in the CSIR-HRDC store and all pipes average 50mm dia opening ends cover with 5mm thick MS plate by welding and also cover duct opening average size 600x450 mm with 6mm thick ply all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Covering the conference hall floor size 8.5x8.4 m and furniture with plastic sheet and laying of POP on the plastic sheet as per site requirement and after completion of the work it is remover and clean the hall all completed as per direction of EIC.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete :

Providing and making pattern on wall, the size of pattern 3000x1000 mm, made with 20mm thick heavy density artificial grass and fixed LED light letters CSIR-HRDC , 304 SS Backlit Acrylic and logos with print on the base grass. The dimensions of the letter and logo as per enclosed drawing including all required adhesive, nails and screws etc. all complete as per direction og EIC. Note : Basic frame work made under the item no.-7 as per designe provided by the EIC)

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight miniral fiber RH-99 make : Armstrong or equivalent false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal centre black T grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Only miniral fiber false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The miniral fiber ceiling tile shall have minimum NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity 0.043 w/mK.

Providing average 12 to 15mm thick Plaster of Paris (POP) false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of galvanized sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating (both side inclusive) and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges, at maiximum 1200 mm centre to centre or all framing are madeup as per required location of the light fitting, AC and any other ceiling items, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate / mains G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, fixing of chicken mesh to G.I. fram and layed the Plaster of Paris POP on the mesh and finishing to a flush smooth finish. Including making provision for the liner and profile lights and the cost of openings / cuttings for profile & other light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification, approved patterns and direction of the Engineer in Charge. (Note : All patta / designe are measured in Sqm).

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing of average 14mm thick WPC acoustic fluted / louver panel make Alstone / Trex / SV woods/ George or equivalent on wall in any colour, texture, pattern and size including 25 mm corner profile and end patty 2 mm thick and jointing each panel with minimum three standered fastner clip 0.5 mm thick steel and adhesive etc. ( as per manufactutrer) all complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

French spirit polishing :

Providing and installation of Sheer Dimount / Zebra roller blinds of any approved pattern / shade of make Vista/ MAC / DS or equivalent all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Door chowkhats

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing Dorma /Dorset/Ozone top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing stainless steel tubular D type glass door handle average 300 mm long and 32 mm outer dia with strainless steel screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wall to glass door lock one side key knob - Pin type lock for framless 12mm thick glass door (make Droma/ Ozone / Dorset/Godrej of approved quality including necessary cutting and making good etc. all complete.

Providing and installation of designer glass film on the door and windows of make 3M / Garvare or equivalent all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication and installation of both side pre- laminated file / UPS cabinate with opnable shutter with louvers average size (LxHxW) 1.35m x 1.05X0.40m with 8mm thick glass top, the cabinate vertically and horizontally divided in 2 parts. The cabinate have 2 drawers with stainless steel telescope channel, all complete with 18mm & only back 6mm thick high density high moisture resistance (HDHMR) board of approved brand Action Tesa / Century / Crossbond or equivalent including all required material like board, edge bend tape, fevicol-heatex, hardware, self cam Hinge, Handles, locks , right angle connector, screws, cutting / hole and jointing etc all complete as per direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Providing and fixing porta cabin Size 6'x 4' (with door and window ), 8' - 6" height from the centre. The porta cabin outer frame made of 50x50 mm square pipe, fram cover with 1.2 mm MS corrugated sheet 18 gauge thickness, floor made up with 18mm board with 1mm vinyle carpet and internal wall paneling with 6mm pre laminated ply, and the gap between outer and inner paneling filled with 50mm thick rock wool. The window made with aluminium and provide one wooden slab size 36"x18" including tube light and required switch and sockets etc. for fan and othe uses etc. The outer sheet painted with synthetic enemal paint all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning make of Deikin / LG / Hitechi / Bluestar of 4-way 2 TR inverter Cassette Type ceiling mouted 3 star rating Air conditioner with scroll / rotory having eco firendly refrigerent single phse,230 V ± 10%, 50Hz including Indoor , out door units with decorative grills and coad less remote and machine shall have copper condensior with out door unit . Also prove powder coated MS stand for outdoor unit and proper comprehensive warranty certificate to be after installation all work completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Automatic 5KVA 140-280V Copper Digital Voltage stabilizer for 2 tone cassette Air- Conditioner with TDR of approved brand Blue bird / Sky line / V-gaurd / Microtech all complete as required.

Providing and fixing of insulated drain pipe with nitrite rubber insulation for units in clamping manner above false ceiling and in concealed manner below false ceiling level from the structural ceiling should hanged using self threading rod or shall be fixed on the wall / beam etc. with clamps and the distance between two clamps shall be less then 1 mtr. All drain pipe of split / cassette Air condistioner should be PVC of suitable size as per site requirement all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of refrigerent soft copper pipping cassette AC laid between indoor and outdoor units as per site requirement and insulated with class "O" fire retardant sleeve type elastomeric nitrite rubber insulation the item also includes copper electrical flexible cable of appropriate size , aluminiume foile membrane shall be applied to provide resistance against brekdown due to UV rediation for exposed portion of the rubber insulation with nitrogen testing. It sall be in total clamping manner above false ceiling and in total concealed manner below false ceiling level. From the structural ceiling it should hanged or shall be fixed on wall and beam etc. with clamps and the distance between two clamp shall be less than 1 mtr. The diameter / gauge of the refrigerant pipe shall be as per the specification or as per site requirement. The above item include the cost of three core flexible electrical cable as per recomended by the Eingineer-in-Charge.

Desmentling of old flourocent light fitting recessed / surface size average 1200x300 mm / 600x600 mm complete as required.
