(i)Receiving of JTs/ Parts for Packing & Dispatch of parts to Next Operation/ Work Center, etc. (ii)Checking of JTs/ Parts for process completion, process correction (MQ), any other query/ issue, etc. (iii)Proper segregation & stacking of JTs/ parts due for Movement to Next Work Station/ Center after checking, etc. (iv)Resolution of queries/ issues/ etc. including coordination with the concerned Personal/ Departments, etc. (v)Listing of JTs/ Parts, Recording, completion of documents, etc. Records/ Documents may be in print form/ electronic media i.e. offline or online for movement of Parts/ JTs, etc. (vi)Arrangement of consumables (Packing Materials, etc.) from the IMM/ Stores Department(s)/ Concerned Department(S) of the Division, etc. (vii)Movement & Recording of JTs/ Parts moved to next Work Center, held with/ due for movement w.r.t issues with JTs/ Parts, etc. (viii)Reporting/ Raising (Online, verbal, telephonically, etc.) of complaints to the concerned Personal/ Department related to Process Shop/ Plating Shop/ Paint Shop, Heat Treatment, etc. (ix)Assistance in Raising of MRs/ AMRs (Online/ Printed) to the concerned Personal/ Department related to Process Shop/ Plating Shop/ Paint Shop, Heat Treatment, etc.

Shop Helper/Handling/Cleaning Activities : (i)Movement of finished parts/semi-finished parts for inspection or other department/section for further operation. (ii)Operation of Trollies for movement of parts to the respective work centers. (iii)Housekeeping/cleaning of area etc. (iv) Storage of consumables at proper location. (v)Regular Cleaning/House Keeping of Machines/Tools/Equipment/Working area of all section. (vi)Assistance in Preparation of parts for process including Ultrasonic Cleaning (viz. cleaning of pipes through compressed air, etc.), Plating, etc. (vii)Assistance in Processing of parts including Degreasing, USPS/ Fixing of Indent plate/ tapes, Cleaning of Overhaul Parts for HT/ Plating, Buffing, Sand Blasting, etc. (viii)Execution of intermittent, other works, etc. on need basis or as required viz. cleaning/ emptying of baths/ tanks, etc. (ix) Receiving/Despatch of part/raw material and Maintaining record of shop order in register/Computer. (x) Storage of routed parts/ raw material with the respective Shop orders. (xi) Loading/Unloading of Job with correct batch number. (xii) Preparation of Job. (xiii) Assisting the technician during Ultra Sonic cleaning. (xiv) Coordination for stage inspection and Rework of part during stage inspection if required. (xv) Assistance in Arrangement of consumables viz. Primer, Paint, Masking Material, etc. from the IMM/ Stores Department(s)/ Concerned Department(S) of the Division, etc. (xvi) Assistance in Documentation includes recording, completion of documents, etc. Records/ Documents may be in print form/ electronic media i.e. offline or online. (xvii)Arrangement of consumables viz. Chemicals, Abrasive Materials, etc. from the IMM/ Stores Department(s)/ Concerned Department(S) of the Division (xviii)Assistance in Processing of parts including Degreasing, USPS/ Fixing of Indent plate/ tapes, Cleaning of Overhaul Parts for HT/ Plating, Buffing, Sand Blasting, etc.
