The bidder is required to have prior work experience of at least 5 years. The experience criteria include completion of similar works/projects with specific cost requirements, such as: - At least 3 similar works/projects, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. - Alternatively, at least 2 similar works/projects, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the project. - Alternatively, at least 1 similar work/project, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. For similar works, the bidder must have successfully completed: - One completed work of STP/SPS, not less than 80% of the bid value. - Alternatively, two completed works of STP/SPS, not less than 60% of the bid value each. - Alternatively, three completed works of STP/SPS, not less than 40% of the bid value each. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works with the following criteria: - At least 3 Nos. of similar works/projects, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Or at least 2 Nos. of similar works/projects, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the project, - Or at least one similar work/project costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the current project is Rs 2457 lac (18% GST extra). The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the estimated cost of the current project. However, the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. The bidder needs to provide information on the total annual volume of redevelopment and construction of building and/or civil works executed and payments received in the last five years. The average annual construction turnover of the last three financial years should be equal to or more than 1.5 of the Tendered Value.
