Dismantling of existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet)

12mm thick cement plaster with 1:6 cement and approved coarse sand mortar over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all material, labour, tolls and plants etc, required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including the surface even with plaster of Paris or approved synthetic materials and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood/steel work with one coat ready mixed priming paint and two coat or approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour. T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI.No.103-1950. As per SOR. 641+642

P/L (Brick coba treatment) integral cement based water proofing treatment including.... preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs terrace, sunken portion horizontal surface and side wall etc. consisting of following operations applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75Kg/sqm. of cement and mixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment laying cement concrete using broken brick/bricks bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) and mixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming IS 2645 to fequi4red slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 height in the rounding of junctions of walls and slabs after two day days of proper curing applying second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming IS. 2645 finish the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of 1:4 ( 1cement 4 coarse sand) and mixed with proprietary water proof compound confirming to IS 2645 and finally finish8ingthe surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x300mm square. the whole terrace so finished shall be flooded on water for a minimum period of three weeks to during and for final test all above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified y the E./I with average thickness at Khurra 66mm.

Deduction of cost of old brick bats obtained from dismantling of brick work.
