The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years. The requirements for similar works include: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the proposed work; - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work. The bidder must secure at least 50% or 60% marks in the experience attribute to become eligible for shortlisting, with 50% marks for projects costing less than 100 cr and 60% marks for projects costing more than 100 cr. The evaluation of experience is done on a pro-rata basis, with 50% or 60% marks for the minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The bidder is required to provide details of their prior work experience, including the name of the work/project and location, owner/client or sponsoring organization, type of work, work components, cost of work on completion, and dates of commencement and completion. The cost of work on completion should be mentioned in Rs. Crores (excluding GST). The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, excluding GST and including the cost of material supplied by the respective Employer, but excluding those supplied by the Employer free of cost. Similar works include execution of civil works such as earthen dam, earthwork in bandhies or tanks, roads and drainage work, drilling work, and others. The experience should be in the name of the bidding company, and the work should not have been sublet by the bidder on a back-to-back basis in full.
