The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender For specific types of work, such as BM/BC work above Rs. 1.0 crore, and BM/BC work one crore or below Rs. 1.0 crore, the requirements include submission of a notarized affidavit and sensor paver is mandatory. For road patch works, sensor paver is not mandatory. Additionally, for electrification works, only experience of similar works shall be considered. For internal development of sectors, experience of any two activities may be considered, with specific considerations for brick drain and pipe drain. The experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years is required, with specific cumulative financial turnover and current liquid assets requirements provided, including: - For works more than 1.5 times the bid value up to Rs. 15.00 Lacs, the cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years should be Rs. 10.00 Lacs, and the liquid assets should be 5% of the bid value. - For works more than 1.5 times the bid value between Rs. 15.00 Lacs and Rs. 100.00 Lacs, the cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years should be Rs. 15.00 Lacs, and the liquid assets should be 10% of the bid value. - For works more than 1.5 times the bid value between Rs. 100.00 Lacs and Rs. 500.00 Lacs, the cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years should be Rs. 100.00 Lacs, and the liquid assets should be 12% of the bid value. - For works of Rs. 500.00 Lacs and above, the cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years should be 2.00 times the bid value, and the liquid assets should be 12% of the bid value.
