The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender Additionally, the cumulative financial turn over and current liquid assets should be as under: - For works more than 1.5 Times bid value (B.O.Q.) upto Rs.15.00 Lacs, 5% of the bid value (B.O.Q.) - For works more than 1.5 Times bid value (B.O.Q.) upto Rs.100.00 Lacs, 10% of the bid value (B.O.Q.) - For works more than 1.5 Times bid value (B.O.Q.) upto Rs.500.00 Lacs, 12% of the bid value (B.O.Q.) - For works Rs.500.00 Lacs and above (B.O.Q.), 12% of the bid value (B.O.Q.) and 2.00 Times bid value. 80% of the estimated project cost is put to tender.
