The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following specifications: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender Additionally, for specific types of work, such as BM/BC work, the bidder must meet specific requirements, including submitting a notarized affidavit for ownership of Hot mix plant or an agreement for purchase of BM/BC. The bidder should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience for water proofing & Anti termite works. The values mentioned include Rs. 1.0 crore and Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
