The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: * Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. * One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender. For specific types of work, such as building, road, sewerage, O.H.T., Tube well, Bridge, SPS, STP & electrification, only experience of similar works shall be considered. For internal development of sectors, which involves road, drain, water supply & sewerage, experience of any two activities may be considered. For brick drain, experience of building work can also be considered. For pipe drain, experience of sewerage may be considered. Additionally, for cost of BM/BC work above Rs. 1.0 crore, bidder has to submit notarized affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper for ownership of Hot mix plant along with purchase bill. For BM/BC work sensor paver mandatory. For cost of BM/BC work one crore or below Rs. 1.0 crore, bidder has to submit a notarized affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
