The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in providing Architectural and/or project management consultancy services for developing sports stadium. The requirements include: - Three similar completed works having project cost not less than 40% (INR 4 Crore) - Two similar completed works having project cost not less than 60% (INR 6 Crore) - One similar completed work having project cost not less than 80% (INR 8 Crore) The bidder should have experience in the preparation of Detailed Project Report, Consultancy services for Sports Infrastructure works like Stadiums, Indoor Sports Complex, Swimming Pool, etc. completed in the last 7 years for a Government, State Government, local body, PSU. Each project (Maximum 5 projects) will be considered, with 4 marks allocated to each, totaling 20 marks. The bidder needs to provide an Award Letter/ Letter of Intent/ Experience Certificate from Govt./ Semi Govt./ ULB/ PSU as proof of experience. Additionally, the bidder's experience in similar works is valued at 20 marks. The bidder needs to achieve a minimum score of 60 marks in the technical evaluation process to be considered as a Technically Shortlisted Bidder.
