The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works, with an indexation of 8 percent for a year. The bidder should have also satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work. The value of similar works completed should be at least one-third of the estimated cost of works. The bidder should also have access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources/facilities of at least 10 percent of the contract value. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have a minimum financial turnover of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works, and should have completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work.
