Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150kg per cum, optmum moisture content to be determine during trial length construction, concreete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. As per MORTH Spec. No 601 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing As per MORTH Spec 602 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perIRC 35 inclduing cost of all materials , labour , Machinaries , T&P etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the space between the building and side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge. As per S.I. No. 251 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Concrete with 40mm gauge Stone ballast, Coarse sand in 8:4:1 in foundation including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 281 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand 2.0cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Collom and beam of doors and windows etc and bed plates, excluding the supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its bending the same with 24 BWG, GI bending wire and including wire as also including providing and fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work. as per SI No 283A (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Mild steel or iorn work in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all ratea) wrought to required shapes as necessary and bending for the proper coppletion of the work and including supply of steel and its wastage etc. and all labour and tools and plants required for proper completion of work Note: the steel shall be bent cold and bends hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. as per S.I. No 504 (Applicable G.S.T @12% and 1% Laber cess Extra )

Supply & Erection of built up overhead structure 12.00 M to 15.00M span comprising of three vertical post of 6.00 M high made up of 300 mm N.B. havey class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm M.S. plate at top & bottom for bearing of horizantal frame comprising of 40 mm . N.B. made havey class main pipe as of 25 mm class medium N.B. pipe bracing as per approved designed drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamle paint complate the work includes construction of RCC fundation of size 0.75x0.75M & 1.2 M deep for built up Overhead Structure including earth work in excavation , 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement , course sand and 40 mm gauge stone balllast , RCC with 1:2:4 cement , Course sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply of grouting of 25 mm dia foundation bolts (600mm long) as per provision of structure including cost of reinforcement & shutting as per direction of Engineer in Charge .
