The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime Contractor, at least: - five similar works with 80 percent of the estimated cost of work - two similar works with 50 percent of the estimated cost of work - three similar works with 40 percent of the estimated cost of work The bidder should also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least 150 percent of the estimated cost of works (excluding maintenance cost for five years) in any three years. The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8 percent for a year. Additionally, the sub-contractor proposed for the work should possess the experience, qualification, and equipment necessary for the job, with a mention of 25% (percentage) in the context of subcontracting. For technical personnel, the required experience is as follows: - For construction work: - Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering: 2 years of experience (minimum) - Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering: 2 years of experience (minimum) - ITI Holder in Wire Man: 2 years of experience (minimum) - For field testing laboratory: - Junior Engineer (civil) or B.Sc.
