M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage , bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.(App. Rate)

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4)" gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials , labour and T& P etc. required for proper completion of the work ,Binding wire cost being included in the item.SOR CHAPTER-5( SI-284 A)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.(DSR-5.9.1/2021)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.(AR)

Providing and laying 125 mm polythene sheet above road surface as per direction of e/i (PWD-SOR/2014)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for ontraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal joints(10 mm widex50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealan complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine (DSR 16.43.1)

Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking Cement Concrete tiles (30Mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking tiles levelling & dressing of surface to required level & slope filling joints with fine sand including the cost of materials , labour,T&P required for proper completion fo work as directed by engineer- in-charge.(NEW ITEM)
