M&L for Cement concrete (Type B2, 1:2:4 with 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for Brick work (1:4 ratio Cement Mortar) with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in

Demolition of brickworks or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc articles complete all as specified

( M & L ) 3mm thick cement base wall care putty on wall and as directed by EIC/SIC.

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

( M & L ) Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with cement plaster 1 : 4, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as directed by EIC/SIC, Note- Water proofing compound will paid and measured separately. It may be applied till 1st floor outer/inner wall (Hight 10 Meter), including Scaffolding all as directed by SIC & EIC.

(M&L) Two coats of oil bound distemper and approved shade as per directed by SIC/EIC. Make: Asian,Berger, Shalimar,Nerolac or equivalent as per approved by SIC/EIC.

(M&L) 2 coats Plastic Emulsion paint Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described with prepration for exterior surface.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not other wise described, including preparation of new surface.

M&L for 2 coat of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) with Surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth

M&L for 2 Coat Distempering walls with distemper , white or tinted with distemper oilemulsion

S/F of Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white color Sliding window Two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (60mm x 62mm). sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing bead (24.5mmx 16mm) will he mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), Sash (30mm x 18mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, aluminum track on bottom rail for two track sliding frame, wool pine for Sliding sash and interlock.(Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor include cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories.)

Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F of Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames (First Class Hardwood), wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, as directed by EIC & SIC

S&F of Flush shutters ( Min 30 mm thickness), solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

Decorative laminate (minimum 0.9 mm thick) type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions as directed by EIC & SIC

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S& F Butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed with thickness of 100 mm as directed by EIC & SIC

S& F of Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed with Length of bolt 300 mm as directed by EIC & SIC

S& F of Mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed with Length of bolt is 150 mm as directed by EIC & SIC

S& F of Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black with 125 mm

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles (Double Charged/ultracharged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as directed by EIC & SIC

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes

Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with brocken bricks

S&F of Asbestos cement plain (6 mm) building boards, fixed to timber framework with screws

M&L of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc with Fixed with L-type or screws J-type or cranked hook bolts

Levering up edges of old plain or corrugated sheets (end or side) fixed to wood or steel framing, inserting end or side edge of new (sheet supplied by the M.D. for fixing only) and nailing, screwing, bolting or riveting including making good the joint between old and new sheets. (Not to be allowed for work measured as in patches)

M&L of 2nd class hardwood Plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads.but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face,

S&F of Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) complete in all respect all as specified by EIC & SIC.

S&F of Wash basins, Vitreous China (flat back or angle back type) any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe as specified by EIC & SIC.
