The bidder must have at least four consecutive years of work experience in the organized sector. The experience should be specific to the type of work being bid on, such as construction, road works, or building works. For work valued at more than Rs. 10.00 lacs, the bidder must have completed at least two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. The bidder should have experience in similar works, such as construction of buildings of height 15 Mtr or more for multistoried building works, road works for road-only projects, and other specific works. The experience of combined or separate works of road and drainage will be accepted if these works are to be carried out simultaneously. For works more than Rs. 10.00 lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in the organized sector and two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. For works more than Rs. 100.00 lacs and up to Rs. 500.00 lacs, and for works more than Rs. 500.00 lacs, the bidder should have 2.0 times of bid value (B.O.Q.) and 25% of the work value. The bidder should also have a minimum tangible net worth of at least 25% of the work value, and cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works completed, including the total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done, and actual or proposed date of completion. If any work of a bidder is behind the schedule by more than 25%, the bidder shall be disqualified from the process of opening of price bid. The bidder's ongoing work should not be more than 25% behind the schedule due to the fault of the bidder when 50% of the time period has passed.
