Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixsing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORTH specification clause No. 401 complete in all respects.

Providing, laying spreading and compaction wet mix macadam (W.M.M) specifications (A.R)

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen 80/100 on prepared (A.R)

Providing and applying tack Coat 0.30 kg/sqm with bitumen 80/100 (A.R)

Providing & laying dence graded bituminous macadam (D.G.B.M.) grade-I with 100-120 T/H batch type hot mix plant producing on average out put of 75 T/H using crushed aggregated of specified grading 1premixed with 60/70 bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of tatal mix and hydrated time filter @ 2% of total weight of aggragates, transperting the hot mix plant material to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with a sensor control to the required grade, label and alignment rolling with smoth wheeled (8-10T) roller vibrating roller (8T) for inter mediater rolling and finish with tender roller )6-8T) to achieve the desired compaction including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as MoRTH specification clause 507. (A.R.)

Providing and laying 50mm. Thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes per hour) batch type HMP (Hot Mix plant) producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I,(13 mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 @ 5% of weight of mix and hydrated lime filler @ 2% of weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne for initial break down rolling, vibrator roller 8 tonne for intermediate rolling and finish folling with 608 tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 508 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (A.R.) Specification clause 5096.

Providing and fixing semi barrier type Kerb Stone (machine made) of with & m-20 grade concrete, size of Kerb Stone will be 0.40 x 0.3 x 0.13 cm and including outer surface finished with 1 : 3 cement and coarse sand, including supply of all materials labour T & P but excluding of supply of kerb stone which is available at site from dismentling o divider and footpath etc. required per peroer completion of work(sanction rate in stp road file and deduction of available kerb stone at site)

12mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement and approved Coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all material, labour, tolls and plants etc, required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.SI.No.-584 (a)/2022

Providing wall putty of approved quality materail of J.K. Birla or similar make 2 coats. 2022

Painting or varnishing with valsper or approved high grade enamal or super par synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour , tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of the work. paint to be used should confirm ISI No. 105/106/113-1950 (SOR-647, 648/2022)

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR 16.65/2021

Provinding & laying retro reflactive tape 50 mm white of 3 M Make on steel surface and RCC surface with fostener etc all completed as per direction of engineer encharge. 3 mhigh intensity reflective conspicuity tape, yellow 2 inch width X 2 feet superb night time reflectivity and visibility, this ECE 104 reflective tape can be seen up to 1000 meters away at night designed for application to the painted aluminium or of steel surface of rigid sided vehicles , this high quality durable reflective tape provide superb night time visibility.
