Providing & laying dence graded bituminous macadam (D.G.B.M.) grade-I with 100-120 T/H batch type hot mix plant producing on average out put of 75 T/H using crushed aggregated of specified grading 1premixed with 60/70 bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of tatal mix and hydrated time filter @ 2% of total weight of aggragates, transperting the hot mix plant material to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with a sensor control to the required grade, label and alignment rolling with smoth wheeled (8-10T) roller vibrating roller (8T) for inter mediater rolling and finish with tender roller )6-8T) to achieve the desired compaction including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as MoRTH specification clause 507. Providing and laying 50mm. Thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes per hour) batch type HMP (Hot Mix plant) producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I,(13 mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 @ 5% of weight of mix and hydrated lime filler @ 2% of weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne for initial break down rolling, vibrator roller 8 tonne for intermediate rolling and finish folling with 608 tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 508 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (A.R.) Specification clause 5096.

Providing and applying tack Coat 0.30 kg/sqm with bitumen 80/100 using emulsion pressure on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 complete in all respects. (A.R)

Disposal of Malba, Garbage seild found in deselting of Nala up to 5 Km including loading unloading etc all completed as per direction E/I SOR-2022
