Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1Cement: 6 aggregate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 As in item 283 above but in R.C.C. raft foundation and footing with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast.

Dismanteling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m( 200 ft.)

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 x 60 mm

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the equirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against anyleakage. (For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 1 cement & 4 coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Brick on edge pavement with straight over burnt brick on parties with bricks, lead dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading layer on 1cm(3/8") depth of local sand over the sub grade and including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulate armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground levelover a cushionof 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge,complete in all respect. Horticulture Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).
